「この物件はまだ募集中ですか。」Ask whether the listing is still available.
「内見できますか。」Ask whether you can view the apartment.
「外国籍でも申し込みできますか。」Check whether foreign residents can apply.

Fees and contract terms

「初期費用の総額を教えてください。」Ask for the total move-in cost.
「礼金は返金されますか。」Confirm whether key money is refundable.
「保証会社の利用は必須ですか。」Ask whether a guarantor company is required.
